• Special rate for groups with 25 rooms (minimum 3 nights).
• Group rates are extended one night before and one night after the event dates, subject to availability. (Nights before and after are not included in the contracted Room Block.)
• Three complimentary room upgrades:
• - 1 upgrades from Junior Suite Garden View Front (JSGV) to Junior Suite Beach Front (JSBF)
• - 1 upgrade from Junior Suite Garden View Front (JSGV) to Master Suite Beach Front (MSBF) — recommended for the bride and groom.
• With a reservation of 25 rooms for 3 nights, the Head of a Mad Man venue will be offered at no additional cost.
• With a reservation of 25 rooms for 3 nights, the Salon venue will be offered at no additional cost, covering only a minimum food and beverage consumption. Backup available in case of rain.

Rates in US Dollars / Per room, per night / single or double occupancy.
• All rates are subject to local taxes (currently 21%). The Environmental Sanitation Tax is 3 USD per room per night, in accordance with current state sanitation regulations.
• Breakfast is included at the Philosophy Restaurant from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (for single or double occupancy).
• The maximum occupancy per room in the JSGV, JSBF, and MSBF categories is 3 adults, and in the FVS and TLS categories is 4 adults per room (additional charges apply for third and fourth guests).
• Children 12 years and older are considered adults. Children 11 years and older are considered third adult guests in the room.
• A maximum of two children under 11 years old are allowed to share a room with their parents at no additional cost. (Extra beds are subject to availability).

• The room block includes the rental of 25 rooms for a minimum of 3 nights.
• The room block must be guaranteed with prepayment of the first night (including taxes) for all 25 rooms. This payment is non-refundable. Payment of the remaining balance will be requested 14 days prior to check-in.
• The hotel is under no obligation to provide additional nights beyond those included in the contracted room block.
• Reservations made through other channels such as travel agencies or websites, instead of booking directly with the hotel under the group rate, will not be counted toward the group block.
• Your non staying guests are allowed to access the hotel for your wedding 1 hour before the Ceremony starts without fee.

CANCELATION POLICIES
• Cancellations or modifications made after the reservation will result in a one night (first night's) penalty.
An ID and contact signing are required, other restrictions may apply.
• In the case of a no-show, the guaranteed payment for one night will be charged.
• In the case of early departure, a 100% charge of the total amount, including taxes, will apply.
